Wicked Auto Films Terms

Terms of Use

What this website is, and what sending a form does.

Effective date: September 22, 2026.

These terms cover the use of the Wicked Auto Films, LLC website. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The shop is a small business in Lowell, Arkansas, run by Curt Coenen with one other person. It has been fitting film and coating out of this shop since 2022; Curt has more than twenty years in automotive film.

A booking request is a request

  • Sending the form does not book the bay. It tells the shop what you drive and what you want done. Somebody comes back to you with a price and a date, and the job is booked in that conversation — not by the website.
  • Nothing on this site is a quote. Prices depend on the vehicle: glass shape and size, panel count, and whether there is old film to strip. The number you are given after that conversation is the quote.
  • A quote we send you holds for two weeks from the date on it. After that the shop is free to re-price the job.
  • Arkansas sales tax is applied to the whole job at the local rate on the day — the ranges you see on the film pages are shown ex-tax.
  • No money changes hands here. This website takes no payment and holds no card details.

The tint law page

  • It is general information, not legal advice. We fit film; we do not advise on vehicle codes. The figures state Arkansas Code §27-37-306 as we understand it at the time of writing. Check the current code, or ask us and we will measure your glass. See the guide.

Photographs on this site

  • Every photograph in our work is a job this shop did, published with the vehicle owner's say-so. None of it is stock, and no before-and-after pair is built from two different cars.

Warranty on the work

  • Window film — lifetime, through 3M. The film manufacturer honours the film; the shop honours the installation.
  • Paint protection film — ten years, through 3M. Same arrangement: 3M covers the film, we cover the fit.
  • Ceramic coating — five years, through Nasiol. The tier we fit; the manufacturer covers the product.

Warranties are for defects in the film or coating and for our workmanship — not for damage from abrasion, chemicals, accidents, or windows rolled down before the film has cured. Keep the receipt.

Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

The shop takes walk-ins where the day allows, and books up to two weeks ahead. An hour's notice is the minimum for a same-day slot. Saturdays are by appointment only, and the shop closes on federal and state holidays.

We do not take a deposit. The slot is held on trust.

If plans change, a text or a call before the day is all we ask — there is no cancellation fee. Somebody else can usually take the slot if we know in time.

Repeated no-shows may lose the walk-in privilege on future bookings.

Vehicles arriving with damage, rust or aftermarket glass

Vehicle condition, age, cleanliness and paint quality all affect what we can do and what it costs — especially for wraps and paint protection film. We inspect on arrival.

If we find something that changes the job — damage the film cannot cover, rust under a panel, aftermarket glass a manufacturer does not warrant — we will tell you before starting. You may be re-quoted, or in some cases the work may need to be declined. There is no charge for the inspection.

Where we work

The shop is based in Lowell and serves the whole of Northwest Arkansas — Lowell, Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville, and the towns between them.

Mobile fits and pickups are available for some jobs, up to about twenty miles from the shop. Ask when you book and we will tell you straight away whether yours qualifies.

Content on this site

The text, images, and layout on this website are the property of Wicked Auto Films. You are welcome to link to any page, and to quote short passages with attribution. Bulk copying or republishing without permission is not allowed.

Product names and marks (3M, Nasiol, and others) belong to their owners and are used here to describe the products we fit.

Using the site properly

The site is here for people looking at car tint, film, coating or wrap. Please do not use it to send spam, scrape it wholesale, try to break into any part of it, or upload anything harmful through the enquiry form.

Disclaimer

The website is offered as is. We take care to keep the information on it correct, but we do not promise that every price range, turnaround or law summary will remain accurate forever — what we quote you in person is what counts.

The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. If you cannot reach us online, phone the shop: (479) 519-9741.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Arkansas law, Wicked Auto Films is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — such as lost time, missed appointments elsewhere, or reliance on information later found to be out of date. Our liability for the actual work we perform on your vehicle is governed by the invoice and the warranty above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be handled in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and move the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
