Wicked Auto Films Window Tint Northwest Arkansas
Window Tint Across Northwest Arkansas
One state limit, four different windows, and two different answers depending on what you drive.
Arkansas tint law is a state law, so it is the same in Bella Vista as it is in Fayetteville. What changes is the vehicle: a truck, SUV or van is allowed to go considerably darker at the back than a sedan, while the front doors are held to the same figure on both.
Four windows, not one number
The windscreen, the front sides, the rear sides and the rear glass each have their own rule, and the rear pair change with the body style. The complete table, with the section of the Arkansas code it comes from, is on our Arkansas window tint law page. It is the page to read before choosing a shade.
Heat is the reason most people are here
Summers on this corridor are long and cars park outdoors. Tint is the only measure that works on a car nobody is sitting in.
The film matters more than the number: a dyed film can be very dark and reject relatively little heat, while a ceramic film can be visibly lighter and take far more of it out of the cabin. If the goal is a cooler car rather than a darker one, choose on that.
What we need to quote it
The year, make and model, and whether it is a sedan or a truck — that sets both the glass shapes and the legal limit. And tell us if there is old film on it, because stripping it is part of the job.
