Wicked Auto Films Window Tint Rogers

Window Tint in Rogers

A tinter working film onto a car's door glass, a heat gun in one hand and a squeegee in the other. The steering wheel and door card are clearly visible through the film.

Glare on Walnut Street, heat in the Pinnacle Hills car parks, and a legal limit either way.

A Rogers car spends a lot of its life stationary in an open car park and the rest of it heading west into low sun on Walnut Street. Tint answers both, and the two want slightly different things from the film.

Glare is a front-window problem

Low sun in your eyes is about the windscreen and the front sides — and those are the windows Arkansas restricts most tightly. There is a legal strip allowed at the top of the windscreen and a minimum light transmission on the front doors, and no shop can lawfully go past either.

The full table for both sedans and trucks is on our Arkansas window tint law page.

Heat is a whole-car problem

A car sitting in the sun at Pinnacle Hills gets hot through every pane of glass it has, including the back ones you are allowed to go much darker on. That is where a good film pays for itself, and it is why the rear of a truck being allowed darker than the rear of a sedan is a genuinely useful difference rather than a technicality.

Film choice matters more than shade

Dyed film goes dark and does comparatively little about heat. Ceramic film rejects a lot more heat at the same visible darkness. Worth choosing on what you actually want rather than on the percentage.
